Cody raced his final outdoor race for the 2013 season this past weekend. It was a 2 night show at Gator Motorplex for their Halloween Havoc race. Cody drove top notch like his usual self however there were some really fast cars their both Friday and Saturday night. On Friday night Cody started and finished in the 2nd position for the heat race. He started second in the feature and drove hard to hold onto the position and at the end of the night he found his in second for the 3rd straight feature event.
Night 2 brought 3 more cars to the field. The whole field of cars was fast and again we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy night. Cody again started in second and finished in second in the heat race. Due to passing points when the line-up came out Cody would start in the 6th position for the feature. The cars were tight and very evenly matched and at the end of the night Cody finished in 5th position.
