Inside Line Promotions – LONGVIEW, Texas (Oct. 13, 2014) – Cody Freeman is counting down the days to when he can return to the track.

Freeman is in the midst of a month off from racing as his team prepares to make a final push during the final two events of the year.

“We’ve made a couple of changes and are taking advantage of the time off to make sure everything is in order,” he said.

Freeman will have a fresh engine when he returns to racing on Nov. 7-8 at Mountain Creek Speedway in Grand Prairie, Texas, for the 4th annual Race on Dirt.

“We’ve had a lot of success at Mountain Creek Speedway and I know our equipment will be in good shape when we race next month,” he said. “We’re searching for that first feature win of the season. Hopefully everything will go right, we’ll catch a break or two and put together some consistent laps when we return to racing.”

Freeman, who has earned 10 top 10s in his last 11 races, is also working on plans for 2015 and he hopes to have details to release soon.
